1. In production capacity: first, CHOCTAEK imported
8 CNC machines and
3 WEDM machine from Japan, so we processing the main parts of moulds by ourselves. The precision and quality of mould can be controlled very well by ourselves.
2.The high precision of mould can work well, so the capacity will not be affected by mould.
3.Second, our machine work stable and easy to operate, the normal speed is from
40 to 70 strokes per minute (it depends on container size and shape); and our machine has enough big working stable is 1300*1000mm for big model machine.
4. Therefore, the production capacity is big, and enough for customers’ demand.

In design, CHOCTAEK has designing team, headed by our boss. They always keep on leaning and will give the best design to customers to improve the quality, stronger and appearance.
For example, different wall ribs design, bottom design, corner design and so on.

130T adopts higher precision customized H-Type
Eight-Face Guide Rail Mechanical Press. Mainly use for
Smooth Wall Container production. The software and hardware
of the whole production line adopt Mechatronics design, which
is beautiful and generous.
The whole automatic production line is mainly composed of Feeder, Press, Stacker and Scrap System unites.
The electrical control system of the whole production line is divided into two parts: the integrated electrical control
cabinet of three units of Feeder, Press and Scrap System adopts independent system design, which is safe and anti-interference.
The touch screen is hung on the left side of the Press, which is convenient for operation and does not occupy space;
The electrical cabinet of the Stacker is installed on one side of the
Stacker to independently control all parameter settings and operation. The PLC program logic of the whole production line is perfectly matched, which greatly improves the Production
Efficiency of the whole machine and the Rationality of Program Control logic, and is more smart humanized.
